Gemma Naughton joined Markel in 2021 as a Senior Claims Adjuster and was promoted to Assistant Claims Manager in March 2023.
Gemma started her career in 1998 as a Trainee Technician at Aon Group. In 2001 Gemma joined Equitas as a Claims Handler, focused on asbestos and pollution claims. In 2008 she accepted a position at Catlin where she handled Reinsurance Property claims. Gemma then spent 9 years at Sompo International as a Senior Claims Handler, looking after Reinsurance Property claims.
