For your convenience, this online application allows you to insure up to three horses at a time. If you need coverage for more than three horses, please give us a call—we’ll be happy to assist you with a custom quote. A minimum earned premium amount of $200 will apply on any insured requested cancellation unless otherwise directed by your state insurance regulations.

Note: Mortality coverage must be in place before transport begins or after the horse arrives at its destination—coverage is not available while in transit (by ground or air). Ineligible risks for mortality coverage include horses over 25 years of age, racehorses and race breeding stock, horses with a primary use of dancing/charro, horses within 30 days of foaling or that have foaled within the past 30 days, horses that have been nerved, horses that are HYPP positive or N/H with known episodes. Horses not eligible for mortality coverage may still qualify for Private Horse Owner Liability coverage.
