- Automated renewal quotes: Available about 90 days before expiration, delivered directly to the wholesaler’s central inbox.
- Enhanced owner’s interest coverage: Broad suite for contractor-led projects, with primary limits up to $2M and supported lead limits up to $5M.
- Increased binding excess attachment: Same $5M maximum anywhere within lead 15, available over multiple carriers.
