Markel introduces enhancements to private company management liability policy

RICHMOND, Va., March 22, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Markel Corporation (NYSE:MKL) is pleased to announce the launch of its revamped management liability policy for private companies. Markel has provided industry-leading management liability protection for over 14 years. The enhanced form now offers a number of new coverage features that make the policy more attractive to consumers. Some of the new features include retention credit for early settlement, extended reporting for retired directors and officers, and sublimits for shareholder dilution claims.
