Our Fine Art & Specie team offers a range of fine art, specie, jewellers block, and cash in transit products on a worldwide basis, with a particular focus on the US and Asia (excluding sanctioned territories).

Fine Art and Specie coverage options

Markel International's experienced team are based out of London, New York and across Asia and can tailor wording to suit client requirements from those operating at individual locations through to those operating on a global basis.


We can offer line sizes up to $250M on Company paper or $100M on Lloyd's paper. We write business on a primary and excess basis.

Policy coverage is generally on an all risks of physical loss or damage.

We are able to offer a $250M line size on our Company stamp and we can underwrite risks worldwide through our Lloyd’s stamps, so we can provide cover for large and complex risks.
